1. General conditions
These purchase and sale rules (hereinafter - the Rules) determine the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the person purchasing goods in the www.ecobaltic.lt electronic store (hereinafter - the Buyer) and UAB "Ecobaltic" (hereinafter - the Seller). By purchasing goods in the online store, the Buyer agrees to the application of these Rules.
The contract for the purchase and sale of goods between the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the contract) is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer e-mails after forming a basket of goods in the store, indicating the delivery address, and having familiarized himself with these Rules, clicks the "Order" button, after the Buyer has completed the above steps, the Seller sends a confirmation that the order has been accepted to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer. Within one working day, e-mail by mail or by phone, you will receive an answer about the delivery time, which products are in stock and which need to be ordered. If you do not have a contract with UAB Ecobaltic, the goods will be sent to the specified address upon receipt of payment. In Lithuania, goods are delivered through the "DPD" courier service.
2. Buyer's rights and obligations
The buyer has the right to buy goods in the online store in accordance with these Rules and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

3. Seller's rights and obligations
The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer at the address specified by the Buyer within the specified period. You can also pick up the goods for free at UAB Ecobaltic store in Kaunas, at Taikos pr. 135.
The Seller has the right to unilaterally change these Rules. The amended Rules enter into force from the moment of their publication in the electronic store and are valid for all sales contracts concluded after the publication of the Rules.
The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's privacy. Personal data of the buyer shall be processed only in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
If, due to important circumstances, the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered product to the Buyer, he undertakes to offer the Buyer an analogous or similar product as far as possible. If the Buyer does not agree to purchase the proposed analogous or similar product, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, if payment has been made, and in all cases to cancel the order of that product.
The seller has the right to suspend or terminate the operation of the e-store www.ecobaltic.lt. In this case, all accepted and confirmed orders of Buyers are completed, and new orders are not accepted.
If the Buyer tries to harm the stability and security of www.ecobaltic.lt or fails to fulfill its obligations, the Seller has the right to limit or suspend the Buyer's ability to use www.ecobaltic.lt immediately and without prior warning.
The seller has other rights and obligations set out in these Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Other conditions
Business customers can receive discounts and customized prices as well as deferred payment if they have signed a contract with UAB Ecobaltic. If you want to become a business customer and get a business account, contact email@example.com to sign the contract.
If the selected product has non-standard dimensions, you will see a message that we cannot automatically calculate the delivery of the product. 5. Price of goods and payment procedure
The final price of the product is indicated in the electronic store. The price does not include the delivery fee.
The Buyer can pay for the ordered goods in one of the following ways:
1. Electronic banking through Paysera
2. By bank transfer
3. Pay in cash or by card when picking up the product at UAB "Ecobaltic" store on Taikos pr. 135, Kaunas.
The Buyer undertakes to pay for the Goods by bank transfer within 1 working day using one of the methods offered by the Seller. If the Buyer does not pay the specified price within the specified period, it is considered that the Buyer refuses to fulfill the contract, therefore the Seller has the right to suspend the execution of the order.
6. Delivery of goods
The goods are delivered by the Seller or his authorized representative at the expense of the Buyer.
The seller delivers the goods to the address specified by the buyer. We send goods to all EU countries. We do not ship goods to Russia and Belarus. For other countries, please send an inquiry, if shipping is possible we will calculate the prices and deadlines individually.
The term of delivery of goods in LT, LV, EE - 1-5 working days, to other EU countries - 3-7 working days, if the item is in stock, if the item is ordered, the deadline is agreed individually. We respond to the delivery terms and prices of the ordered goods within one working day of receiving the order.
The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong person.
During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer (the Buyer's representative) undertakes to check the condition of the package of the Goods, the quantity, condition and assortment of the goods.
Having noticed that the packaging of the delivered product is damaged (crumpled, wet or otherwise externally damaged), the product(s) is damaged and/or the product(s), the buyer must, in the presence of the Seller or his representative, write up a free-form shipment and/or an act of violation/conformity of the product(s), take photos. If the buyer does not perform these actions, the seller is exempted from responsibility for damage to the goods, as well as for inconsistencies in the assortment of goods. 7. Return of goods
The buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason, by notifying the seller by e-mail of the purchase agreement after the delivery of the goods. by mail to email@example.com and delivering the returned goods to UAB "Ecobaltic", Taikos pr. 135, Kaunas LT-51129. Only those goods that can be returned according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania are returned.
If the goods are ordered from the factory according to the individual order of the customer, the customer pays for them in advance. Ordered goods cannot be returned.
The costs of returning the product are borne by the Buyer.
The product to be returned must be in its original, neat packaging, undamaged, unused, without losing its merchandise appearance. When returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.
If the buyer receives goods from the wrong assortment, the buyer must inform the seller no later than within 2 working days. The seller undertakes to pick up the goods at his own expense and replace them with suitable ones. In case the Seller does not have the ordered goods, he returns the money paid for the goods.
For returned goods, the Seller transfers money to the Buyer within 14 days of returning the goods.
The goods are provided with a manufacturer's quality guarantee.
9. Final provisions
The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these rules. All disputes arising out of or related to the purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved by negotiation. If it is not possible to reach an agreement, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
